I've had a lifelong passion for animals and have experience with - dogs, cats, budgies, ferrets, sheep, goats, pigs, horses and various poultry.

I've worked with poultry full time for a number of years now and cared for various pigs, sheep and goats as well as owning my own horse so have a wide experience of all livestock.

I also breed Cocker Spaniels and Sprockers & have trained and worked my own gun dogs, so am happy to look after your canine companions.

I love learning about animal care and keep my skills up to date with ongoing courses.  I am currently training to do animal pregnancy scanning so will soon be able to scan all your livestock from dogs to alpaca's as well as offering a microchipping service.

I can offer you a completely reliable, trustworthy service whether you want me to pop in daily and check your livestock, stay overnight and look after the property as well as animals or just need a few hours help with tasks around the farm/smallholding.

My Experience

Poultry - 7 years working in a poultry business caring for poultry, selling pet poultry to the general public & dealing with all day to day care and health issues.

Sheep - Lambing, bottle feeding lambs,  dagging and gathering sheep.

Alpaca's - Assisted with shearing and handling.

Cows - Assisted with calvings, bottle feeding, de-horning, show preparation and handling.

Pigs - Cared for pigs involving daily feeding, vaccinating and worming as well as moving them.

Goats - Feeding, daily care and transport of milking goats.

Dogs - Experienced breeder of Spaniels as well as training my own gundogs and regularly working them.

Horses - I have owned my own horse and exercised horses locally.
